Personal Information

Next of Kin Information

Your next of kin will be the beneficiary of your SACCO benefits in the event of your passing.

The next of kin details you provide will be kept confidential and used only in the event of a claim. You can update this information at any time by visiting the SACCO office or logging into your member account.

Financial Details

Set your initial savings commitments. You can adjust these amounts later by contacting the SACCO office.

Minimum initial share capital is KES 1,000. This forms your ownership stake in the SACCO.
Your committed monthly savings deposit. Minimum is KES 500 per month.
Quick Loan Estimate

Based on your monthly savings, you will qualify for a standard loan of up to 3x your total savings. The more consistently you save, the more credit you can access. Contact us for a personalised loan estimate.

KYC Documents

Upload clear copies of the required documents. Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, PDF. Maximum size per file: 5MB.

Membership Terms & Conditions

I, the undersigned, hereby apply for membership to QuickLink Courier SACCO Limited and declare that:

  1. All the information provided in this application is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge.
  2. I understand that providing false or misleading information is grounds for rejection or termination of membership.
  3. I agree to abide by the SACCO's By-Laws, rules, regulations, and policies as may be amended from time to time.
  4. I authorise the SACCO to conduct credit checks and background verifications as necessary for this application.
  5. I consent to the collection, storage, and processing of my personal data for the purpose of providing SACCO services in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2019.
  6. I understand that the SACCO reserves the right to accept or decline any membership application without obligation to provide reasons.
  7. I commit to maintaining the minimum monthly savings contribution I have stated in this application.
  8. I understand that my membership can be terminated if I consistently fail to meet my financial obligations to the SACCO.
